A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed at the Museum between its leadership and the National Association of Ukrainian Defense Industries (NAUDI).
The partnership aims to support the creation of new exhibitions: the Museum of russian (soviet) Propaganda and the Museum of Modern Military Technologies.
During the event, Yurii Savchuk, Director General of the Museum, thanked NAUDI Chairman Serhii Pashynskyi for his financial support of the fundraising campaign to renovate and further develop the institution. He also emphasized that the Museum remains an institution that shapes national consciousness, promotes history, and passes on to future generations the truth about the Ukrainian people’s struggle for freedom.
In his welcome remarks, Serhii Pashynskyi emphasized the importance of preserving historical memory amid the full-scale war unleashed by russia against Ukraine. “The slogan ‘Never Again’ must become more than a slogan. It must become our national policy. We have no right to forget the victims of World War II or the men and women who are defending our state right now. For me, it is a great honor to contribute to the work the Museum is doing to commemorate the heroism of our warriors,” Serhii Pashynskyi stressed.
As a token of gratitude for their philanthropic support, the Museum’s Director General presented NAUDI’s leadership with a commemorative gift: a set of nine art postage stamps dedicated to the Museum’s fundraising campaign.
The fundraising campaign to renovate the Museum is still ongoing. You can join it too!
